give all Geneva Advantage members (Geneva Health and Geneva Care

discount.
Platinum Corporate Club Card
This fantastic opportunity offers discounted Y-Fitness membership
rates on the Platinum Corporate Club Card membership. Membership is
only $20 per week, a saving of $3 weekly. You'll also get:
- Four sessions with a fitness trainer
- A fitness programme
- Shortened minimum membership term. A normal contract is 12
months, but the Platinum Club Card can be reduced to a 6-month
term
- Full access to all 12 YMCAs in Auckland & Hamilton
- Access to to over 100 Adfit gyms throughout New Zealand when

How To Sign Up
All you need to do is go into your local YMCA, sign up for a gym
membership and let them know you work for Geneva Health - make sure
you take your Geneva ID with you.
Conditions
- All employees that join agree to the normal YMCA term &
conditions of membership
- All employees must present ID in the form of an ID Card,
business card or be dressed in uniform
- All new members receive a four visit induction including a
personal programme, free ongoing re-assessments every 8 weeks with
a free programme update
- All standard membership privileges including access to Group
Exercise classes (Spinning® may be charged for)
- Club card members include access to all 12 Y-Fitness Clubs in
Auckland & Hamilton (includes swimming at Glen Innes, Tepid
Baths, Panmure, Pt Erin-summer only)
- Minimum 6 month term on Easy Pay (Direct Debit)

- Employment status of members will be checked on a quarterly
basis
Family members or partners of Geneva Health employees can also
join this scheme under the following guidelines:
- The Geneva Health employee must be a member of the YMCA
- The family member/partner must live at the same address as the
Geneva Health employee
- The family member will be entitled to a corporate discount as
long as the Geneva Health employee is employed by Geneva
Health
- The Geneva Health employee must be present when the family
member joins
