Geneva Care is an ACC Contracted Preferred Provider of home
based care. This means that if you are covered by
ACC for home based care, or if you provide care for a family member
who is covered by ACC, then Geneva Care can provide the
specialist care and support you need.

Geneva Care operates highly responsively with easily accessable
communication methods. You can contact contact the Geneva
Care team via phone, email and fax. Specialist
Consultants are available between the hours of 5:30am and 11:30pm
who can respond to your query immediately in most
circumstances. Emails will be responded to during normal
business hours. Outside of normal business hours we have an
after hours team that is dedicated to supporting your needs.
In the case of an emergency our team is able to be contacted 24
hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
