Carer Introductory Service
Here at Geneva Care we believe that one of our strengths is in
finding the right people for you. One of the unique benefits that
we offer is our carer introductory service.
Where you, the client, enlist our services, to source and
recruit a quality carer that meets your specific needs, for one set
fee.
Geneva Care will advertise, conduct an interview face to face
(where appropriate) and credential your potential employee in line
with our normal recruitment methodologies. Once completed, we
will then arrange for you to meet, and if both parties are happy,
then the employment relationship is managed by yourself.
