Melinda McLaren - Homecare Operations
Manager
Melinda began her nursing degree in Australia,
before to moving to NZ in the late 90's. Prior to joining Geneva
Health, Melinda worked in Eldercare and with children and adults
with Special Needs, and the Banking and Finance industries, before
coming back to health. Melinda joined Geneva Health close to
5 years ago and most of this time has been spent working with the
Geneva Care business.
Mark Radich - Client Services Manager
Mark
joined our team in January 2008 coming from an insurance
background. Mark is a registered nurse and understands the
needs of the client and our support team well. In March of
2009 Mark moved into the role of Client Services Manager, the focus
on this role is to ensure that the needs of all of our clients are
met and that we continue to develop new opportunities for our
support staff and clients. Mark's focus is to also ensure that we
maintain our place as a market leader in the homecare
environment.
Hayley Dempsey - Senior Consultant
Originally from the United Kingdom, Hayley spent 12
years working as a Support Worker in many different fields -
learning disabilities, physical disability, mental heath, brain and
spinal injury rehab, special needs/child care, autism and sensory
impairment. Primarily based in residential and community
settings, Hayley achieved her NVQ2 in direct care. Hayley
joined the team in March 2008.
Julie Arona - Consultant
Julie
began her career with Geneva Health in 2007, starting off as a
homecare assistant, before being enticed into the office to join
our team. Prior to joining Geneva, Julie worked in the
customer service area. Julie has been mainly working on
providing care in the regional areas throughout New Zealand.
Erica Kissane - Consultant
Originally from Christchurch, Erica moved to
Auckland with her family in November 2008 to commence her role as
Consultant with the Geneva Care team. Erica has been through
the entire journey of home based support, from receiving care, to
providing care and now coordinating it.
Yan Fei Ru - Consultant
Yan
graduated with a Bachelor of Management with endorsement in Human
Resource, before joining Geneva in July 2007. Yan initially
worked in Payroll and Account's for two years before joining
the Geneva Care team in June 2009. Yan is
currently providing support in the Auckland region.
