Meet the Team
Melinda McLaren - National
Service Manager
Melinda began her nursing degree in Australia,
before to moving to NZ in the late 90's. Prior to joining Geneva
Health, Melinda worked in Eldercare and with children and adults
with Special Needs, and the Banking and Finance industries, before
coming back to health. Melinda joined Geneva Health over
six years ago and most of this time has been spent working
with the Geneva Care business.
Mark Radich - Client Services Manager
Mark joined our team in January 2008 coming from an insurance
background. Mark is a registered nurse and understands the
needs of the client and our support team well. The focus of
Mark's role is to ensure that the needs of our Non Serious Injury
client's throughout New Zealand are met and that we continue to
develop new ways to support our staff and clients.
Trudi Lawrence - Support Consultant
Trudi
joined Geneva Health in late 2006 and initially worked as the Front
Desk Receptionist before joining the Geneva Care team in June
2011. Trudi is employed as Support Consultant and works
alongside Mark to support our Non Serious Injury clients throughout
New Zealand.
Erica Kissane - Serious
Injury Consultant
Originally from Christchurch, Erica moved to
Auckland with her family in November 2008 to commence her role as
Consultant with the Geneva Care team. Erica has been through
the entire journey of home based support, from receiving care, to
providing care and now coordinating it. Erica is managing our
Serious Injury clients through out New Zealand with support from
Litea.
Litea Tubu - Support Consultant
Litea has
come to us fresh from completing a Diploma in Business & a
Diploma in Management, before joining the Geneva Care Team in
April 2011, and is enjoying the challenge of supporting Erica and
the Serious Injury clients throughout New Zealand.
Yan Fei Ru - Consultant
Yan
graduated with a Bachelor of Management with endorsement in Human
Resource, before joining Geneva in July 2007. Yan initially
worked in Payroll and Accounts for two years before joining
the Geneva Care team in June 2009. Yan is providing support
for all our private clients throughout New Zealand.
