Training
Much of your work with Geneva will use skills that you use in
every day life. However some of our clients require more
specialised care. In these instances, Geneva will ensure that
you have the training required to provide this care.
In addition to this, if you do not already have an NZQA
qualification in health care, Geneva will support you to gain your
Level 2 National Certificate in Health, Disability and Aged
Support. This is becoming a national requirement that Geneva
Care expects all our staff to complete.
Geneva will cover the cost of all mandatory training - all you
need to provide is the time. This is a great opportunity to
get a head start in the health industry!
